Joy, a US Army veteran, is currently completing a BA in International Business. Since immigrating from Bangladesh, Joy has accomplished many things. He continues to support his community through his position as President of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce and by serving as a community liaison for the New York City Council. Joy previously represented over fifty thousand domestic and international students in the New York City Education system as their elected Student Government President. Joy founded Universal Consulting Services in 2022 in the hope that as a multilingual immigrant in the US; speaking English, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi, Nepali, and Punjabi he can continue to help people by facilitating their dream to study or immigrate abroad.

UCS was established by Joy Chowdhury in New York City, USA, with the view to offering transparent and seamless advice and options to those wishing to study abroad. Our head office in Queens, New York City, includes a strong team of professionals led by our CEO. Our friendly staff is available 24/7 to enable students to explore their options in their chosen country at any time. Our team specializes in studying abroad in the USA and Canada and has a wide variety of options available to students and their families. We offer options for both higher education and secondary education in both the USA and Canada and have options for all budgets, enabling students to focus on their dream destination and their career path.

The international reach of our CEO’s diverse network means our agency can offer recruitment expertise in various nations whilst recruiting a diverse mixture of international students from a long list of countries. It also allows us to pursue closer relationships and better knowledge of the institutions our students choose to attend.
